Welcome to Wild Simplicity, founded by Anna Day (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to your participation in Settling into Silence – A 7-Day Immersion (“the Offering”).

By purchasing and participating, you (“you,” “participant”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

1. General

Settling into Silence is owned and facilitated by Anna Day / Wild Simplicity, in collaboration with Jemma.

By purchasing this Offering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication.

2. Description of the Offering

Settling into Silence is a live, group-based experiential practice that includes:

Live online silence sessions (Monday–Friday)

Self-practice at weekends

Support via WhatsApp group and email check-ins

This Offering is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or mental health care. It is an educational and experiential space for personal reflection and wellbeing.

Sessions are not recorded, and no replay access is provided.

Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and processed securely via Flodesk Checkout, Stripe, or approved third-party providers.

By completing your purchase, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount shown at checkout.

Prices may change for future offerings, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this Offering — which involves live group sessions and immediate access to community spaces — all sales are final.

Once you have been granted access, no refunds, transfers, or credits can be issued.

By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law exceptions for digital and live experiential services.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing the Offering, please contact us and we will do our best to support you.

5. Personal Responsibility & Wellbeing

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and participation.

You will engage at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for you.

You understand that silence and reflective practices can bring up emotions, thoughts, or memories.

This Offering is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing significant distress or require therapeutic support, we encourage you to seek help from a qualified professional.

We make no guarantees of specific outcomes. Each participant’s experience will be unique.

6. Intellectual Property

All content related to Settling into Silence — including written materials, emails, prompts, session structure, and facilitation — remains the intellectual property of Anna Day / Wild Simplicity.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

You may not:

Record sessions

Share materials

Reproduce content

Distribute access to others

without prior written permission.

7. Confidentiality & Group Respect

By joining this Offering, you agree to respect the privacy of others.

Anything shared within the group space (including WhatsApp) is confidential and must not be shared outside the container.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a way that is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to the group.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anna Day / Wild Simplicity and collaborators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from your participation in this Offering.

You agree that you participate at your own discretion and responsibility.

9. Testimonials & Feedback

If you choose to share feedback or a testimonial, you agree that:

It reflects your honest experience

We may use your words (first name only unless otherwise agreed) for promotional purposes

If you prefer your feedback not to be shared publicly, simply let us know in writing.

10. Data Protection

Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms. We do not store your full payment details.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to remove access to the Offering if you:

Breach these Terms

Behave in a harmful or inappropriate way

Violate group safety or confidentiality

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Anna Day / Wild Simplicity regarding Settling into Silence.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect.
