All Offerings and website content are owned and operated by Anna Day / Wild Simplicity.

All Offerings are delivered electronically and may include videos, audios, written materials, and/or live or pre-recorded sessions.
No physical products are shipped.

Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed to others without written permission.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes where required.
Payments are securely processed through Flodesk Checkout, Stripe, or other approved third-party processors.

By completing payment, you authorize us to charge your selected method for the total amount shown at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information.

We reserve the right to adjust prices for new purchases at any time.

4. Refund Policy

Because our Offerings are digital and accessible immediately, all sales are final.
Once access has been granted, refunds cannot be provided under EU consumer law exceptions for digital content.
Please ensure the Offering feels aligned before purchasing.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing materials, contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.

5. Intellectual Property and Limited License

All materials contained within our Offerings - including but not limited to videos, audio files, written materials, designs, graphics, logos, and text - are the property of Anna Day / Wild Simplicity and are protected by copyright law.

When you purchase or access any Offering, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use only.

You may:

Access and use materials for your own personal learning and growth.

Download or print materials for your personal use only.

You may not:

Share, reproduce, or distribute materials to others.

Sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of our Offerings.

Modify or claim ownership of our materials.
