I almost didn't write this landing page.

It wasn't because I don’t know what The Language of Connection is.

I know it in my work. I know it in my body. I know it in the moments with my own children when I have managed to stay, and in the moments when an old story, a familiar trigger or a well-practised reaction has spoken before I could.

But every time I tried to make this work fit the expected shape of a landing page, I could feel something enormous being squeezed into a strange, angular container called ‘marketing strategy’.

And then I saw the irony.

Here I was, creating a programme about language and connection, while becoming increasingly disconnected from my own.

So I went outside.

I sat beneath an open sky and remembered something I hope this course will help other mothers remember too:

We are allowed to do things differently.

This work was never meant to give you another set of instructions for how to be a “better” mother. The world is not short of advice telling mothers what to do, what to say and how to get it right.

This is something deeper.

It is for the mother who knows she is not only managing the practical life of a family - she is helping to shape its emotional language.

The mother who wants her children to feel seen and heard, but sometimes finds herself reacting from somewhere older than the moment in front of her.

The mother who recognises that her triggers are not evidence that she is failing, but breadcrumbs, clues pointing towards the stories, identities and inherited ways of being that may still be speaking through her.

Because the language our children receive begins long before we speak. It lives in whether we can remain present with what they feel.

In whether we rush to fix, advise or explain.

In the language we use inside ourselves.

In what our bodies do when the moment becomes uncomfortable.

And in whether we can hold space for our children without abandoning ourselves.

Over six weeks, I will weave together my experience as a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, my learnings of conscious parenting, energy healing, somatics, nervous-system awareness, along with an exploration of the subconscious identities that shape how we move through the world.

We will explore our breath, our language, our triggers and the patterns we have inherited. We will practise listening, holding space and creating rituals through which everyone within the family can feel that they belong.

We will move through our time together with curiosity and exploration and play.

Perfect connection is not what we're doing here. What we are doing is noticing what takes us away from connection and learning how to return.

I believe mothers are emotional leaders within their homes and, often, spiritual leaders within their communities.

When a mother deepens the connection she holds within herself, she does more than change the conversation with her child. She begins to change what can be carried forward.

If something in you knows there is another way, this is my invitation to explore it together.

Now is
Your Time

My parenting changed the day I stopped trying to fix my children.

For years I focused on strategies - what to say, how to say it, what to do differently in the moment. Those things all helped but the real shift came when I turned inward. When I started looking at the subconscious identities quietly blocking a deeper connection with them.

This programme holds both. The practical tools that actually help, and the inner work that makes them last.

It's a six-week journey for mothers who know there is another way.

Who is this for?

You've read the books. You've saved endless reels on Instagram and TikTok. Sometimes it works, until it doesn't.

You can't help but say less than kind words to yourself and about yourself and how you're doing it all wrong, messing up your kids, and doing all the things you said you wouldn't do.

You know that moment where you snap before you've even had a chance to think? The sharp tone, the silence you didn't mean, the outburst that comes from nowhere, the boundary you let slide because you're just too tired to hold it?

That's what this programme is actually about. six weeks of really looking at the language we use, what's going on in our nervous system, and the old stories we're still carrying - the ones running the show without us even realising.

What if you could show up as the mother you've always wanted to be?

What six weeks together looks like:

Week One:

Your nervous system is the container. You stabilise before you communicate, and this week is where that becomes practice rather than just theory.

Week Two:

Deep listening and the power of silence. Less talking, more space for your child to actually reach you.

Week Three:

Holding space and standing in your no. Boundaries as a container your child can trust, rather than it being a wall between you.

Week Four:

The language and words you use….with your children, with your partner, with yourself and where those words actually came from.

Week Five:

The stories beneath the behaviour. What your child mirrors back to you, and what's yours to clear.

Week Six:

Rituals, and play. Small, repeatable ways to keep the connection alive long after the six weeks end.

These 6 weeks will also be a co-creation. You can bring what you're moving through in your role as a mother, the struggles, the joys, the ups, the downs….all of you is welcome in this space.

There will be time for journalling and a chance to share and ask questions.

I'll guide us in a short meditation at the beginning of the session each week to help us ground and land in the space together.

This is for you if:

  • You're a mother of early years or school-age children
  • You catch yourself repeating things your own parents said, and wincing
  • You want fewer battles over boundaries, not by being softer, but by being steadier
  • You're tired of parenting advice that never mentions your own nervous system
  • You want practical tools and the inner work underneath them
  • You lie in bed at night regretting how you reacted to your child in the heat of the moment
  • Your outbursts of anger and shouting aren't just scaring your children, they're scaring you too
  • You've read all the parenting books & you have so much information in your head but it looks very different in your day to day life with kids
  • You want to create new patterns in your home and do things your way

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I'm Anna, a Speech & Language Therapist, subconscious freedom guide, and mother of an 11 year old boy and a 9 year old girl.

I help self-aware women shed what isn't theirs - the conditioning, the patterns, the inner noise, so they can return to their voice, their truth, and their own inner authority.

This work is about reclamation and revelation. Not becoming someone new, but returning to who you've always been beneath the layers of people-pleasing, self-doubt, and inaccurate stories.

Through language alchemy, subconscious identity work, somatic work, and the power of letting go, I support women in decluttering and clearing what's in the way.

Because when a woman comes home to herself, everything shifts. It shifts how she speaks, how she chooses, how she lives and how she leads.

Are you ready to call yourself into your motherhood?

What people say about Anna's work:

Jemma

Nicole

Laura

"A whole new energy. She speaks with such confidence and wisdom."
