It is your responsibility to ensure you can access the relevant platforms (e.g. Zoom, Telegram, email).

Access is for personal use only and may not be shared.

4. Payment & Refunds
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and processed securely via third-party providers.

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital content and live experiences, refunds, transfers, or credits are not offered unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing, you consent to immediate access and waive any applicable withdrawal rights where relevant.

You are responsible for your own experience, wellbeing, and participation.

Please engage in a way that feels supportive and appropriate for you.

No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Community Spaces
Some offerings may include a shared or broadcast-style space (e.g. Telegram).

You agree to engage respectfully and honour the tone of the space.

We reserve the right to remove access if behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.

If participating in a group setting, you agree to respect the privacy of others.

Anything shared within the space should remain confidential.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation.

You take part at your own discretion and responsibility.

10. Testimonials
If you choose to share feedback, you agree that it may be used for promotional purposes (first name only unless agreed otherwise).

11. Data Protection
Your information is handled securely and in line with our Privacy Policy. Payment details are processed via third-party providers.

12. Termination
We reserve the right to remove access if these Terms are breached or if behaviour is harmful to the space.
